Ingredients
- 500 g Sirloin Beef
- 100 ml of Honey Runny
- 30 ml Soy Sauce
- 20 ml Fish sauce
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 20 ml Oyster sauce
- 100 ml Water
- 3 Heaped Table Spoon Cornflour
- 1 red onion
- 1 Tbsp Easy Chillies or dried Chillies
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 thumb thick Ginger root
- Extra honey if needed
- 1 medium Pepper Chilli mild
Instructions
- Slice the Sirloin steak in Strips
- 20 ml Olive oil add the Stirloin Steak strips
- Browning Mode 10 Minutes Gentle
- Transfer Sirloin to a bowl and set aside
- 1 red onion 1 Tbsp Easy Chillies or dried Chillies 1 medium Pepper Chilli mild 1 Garlic Clove 1 thumb thick Ginger root 100 ml of Honey Runny 20 ml Oyster sauce 20 ml Fish sauce
- Blend all Blend Mode/2 min 30 sec
- 100 ml of Honey Runny
- Cook 5 min/100°C/speed 2
- Place empty bowl on top of mixing bowl
- 100 ml Water 3 Heaped Table Spoon Cornflour
- Mix cornflour and water then pour into mixing bowl
- Thicken 2 min/100°C/speed 3
- Add preserved sirloin strips 2 min/No Heat/speed 2
- Serve into a dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top
